Growing in my backyard!
Wintermelons and spring melons. There are currently still more growing and aside from the two melons, I also have edamame (soybeans) growing in my backyard too. Last year we had about 20 wintermelons and yes, I was basically eating wintermelon all year long! I think we just finished eating them all this April. lol. We also gave some away to relatives and friends. I wonder how many we'll have/grow this year? XD
Spring melon, carrot and corn soup that I had last week. Mmmm. It is so delcious and "cooling" for the summer. =)
I went to school today to get my placement info and meet with my program faculty to go over things for the upcoming school year. But I forgot to bring a form that I didn't know I was suppose to bring in order to receive my placement info. Argh, now I have to go back to school tomorrow with all my forms to get it. However, I did find out what age group I'm doing for my next placement but I just don't know where I'm doing it at and I'm doing school-age! Omg, it is the one I fear and DO NOT want to the most with the crappiest schedule of being there from 10-6pm everyday. UGH. My only hope left now is that the school I'm doing it at isn't too far away and the kids are at least mature enough not to give me the whole "you're not a real teacher" attitude. -___-
