This is a late posting, but I went out to chill with some friends a few weeks ago during the civics holiday long weekend down on harbourfront at the urban beach.
It was such nice weather and just the perfect day to be at the beach.
Yup, that is so true! And I like how even though Ken never made it to confess to Rei in any of his Hallelujah chance travels, he always did he best to make it memorable by changing/doing something in the past. Like the time when he told Tsuru (I think that's the short guy's character name) to go after Eri because Ken knew he likes her and he wanted him to try his best to get her, just like how he never gave up on Rei. Also when Ken finally decided to give up on his last travel by bringing Rei back to their elementary school. He realizes that he never thought about Rei's feelings and asked her if there was anything she wanted to change in the past if she could. Because he finally realizes that there were things he just couldn't change in the past.
Yeah, that was one of the most sadest thing after I left high school...not being able to see your friends 5 days a week anymore and eating lunch and hanging out after school together. I used to have a friend who I would walk to school every morning with and we couldn't do that in university anymore. Now she has even moved houses that's further away from me. =( And it's sad when I only get to see my high school friends like at most 4-5 times a year! Because everyone has different schedules and it's just SO HARD to get everyone together again. =(
My friends are actually planning this trip together to go to New York in the coming winter break. But I actually don't know if that'll happen because I don't know if I'll have money for it. XD But I've never been to New York and I'd really want to go with my friends. =)
I really love the episode with Rei's grandfather. The idea of not waiting until another time to do things.. even though it's really inspiring, I hardly ever do it :( like for homework, I always leave it at the last minute even when I know I'll regret it XD it is such a bad habit LOL. I think ProDai was the first drama to have me laughing and crying in just one episode. HAHA. I miss it. I kind of want another special in Spain where they'll get married, but they already tied up all loose ends at the end of the first special. I loved the special! it was like a wave of nostalgia hitting me LOL.
I have a friend who I walk home with every day since she lives 2 houses away from me. it's the long walks from school where we started bonding and we're really close now. but my parents are thinking of moving to another suburb and I'm not ready to give up the walks from school :(
I hope your plans go through! I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun XD
Haha...I'm pretty sure we all leave homework behind and do them last minute. XD (Even Yamapi probably does, lol) He probably just never leave his work behind being he's such a hardworking guy.
That was one of my favourite episodes too! That episode is so heartwarming and touching. I really liked the old man who played Rei's grandfater as well, he did a really good job at it. That's also the episode where they show their "first kiss" lol
Aww...it's always hard to say goodbye to friends you've been around for the longest time. Well, I hope your parents will change their mind and hopefully by the time when you do move, it'll be a long time from now.
