In other news, I really want to stay in Charlotte this summer so I'm applying for this massive job with housing. I'm planning to ask off for Animazement and Teaching Fellows Senior Conference and nothing else, so I may not be able to come home at all during the summer. Of course, there's a chance I won't get the job but I'm just warning in advance ^_^ Friday and Saturday nights I went out with Will and we were playing cards with some of his friends late Friday night when one of the guys asked me "Are you two dating?" I immediately turned around and looked at him and he looked just as panic-stricken as me and then we both said in unison "I don't know." This was a really weird reaction because before that moment we were just good friends who saw each other occasionally and had never even talked about dating... yet I guess it's obvious we were both thinking about it. ^_^ He came over after cards and we ended up talking until 3 in the morning about our past relationships and life philosphies. He just had his first kiss 7 months ago and he's 21, about to turn 22 in a few months. After the talk, I invited him to sleep over and fell asleep while he rubbed my back. I got up at noon and fixed us breakfast in bed and then got ready for my RA interview. That night, I picked him up and we went to Macaroni Grill because I had a $25 Gift Certificate. We learned each other's food likes and dislikes (he hates mushrooms! *shakes head*) and then we went together to the PRIDE film festival...and he fell asleep during the movie. I had to keep wake him up cuz he was snoring >.< lol I guess documentaries about being 'out' in developing countries are just not stimulating enough to keep him awake. I, for one, thoroughly enjoyed the movies and a particular one about a boy who likes to wear a dress gave me the warm fuzzies for the rest of the evening. ^_^ After the film festival I went over to Amanda's bf's house and drank some pineapple rum/i don't even know drink. We were outside in the freezing cold watching the boys play foosball so I was desperate to get drunk and warm up. It was fun cuz I got to hang out on the couch with Amanda and Deb and just chill with the girls while we teased the guys (and encouraged them to dance while playing!). Oh and I got a trial copy of WOW for 14 days, so after I beat FF7 (i'm at the north crater for the final battle, i'm just trying to get my gold chocobo now and beat the weapons!), I'll start an account on WOW and have even *less* free time. >.< lol
Wow sorry didn't mean to write this much. I'll just end with this: I need to get into contact with Jamie (this is for JAMS people) to figure out this animazement hotel thing. Anyone have her email? If you're not comfortable saying it on here you can im me or email me with it. Thanks!
