Dreary day
Yuck. So did not want to face the day. Today is a good curl up in front of the fire day. It's cooler, rainy, dreary. I good day for fire and hot cocoa. Unfortunately we are about out of wood. The basement is colder so Gary has been building small fires in the evenings/night to keep warm since there is no heat in that area. I don't mind but the temps are dropping at night again and I would like a good fire. Of course it's raining so we can't really go get wood...ok maybe fill my trunk but I only have a Neon so it doesn't hold much.
Of course I am really worried about rain coming in the basement. We have had problems in the past but of late the problem hasn't been bad. We are getting the leaks fixed slowly but surely.
