Rosie update
Well it isn't my fault she is in pain. We thought her bad hip was her left one-the one she has been favoring, but according to the vet it was her right hip that she had surgery on. It isn't her hips at all but calcifications on her back. It won't get any better but we can slow down the progression and ease her pain somewhat. Right now she is on steriods and muscle relaxers. She has to be carried everywhere for at least the next 2 weeks but she isn't moving much, or eating much. She wants to be up but can't so we moved her bed next to the couch so she could be closer to us and that made her more content.
In other news, our computer seems to be fubar. It won't even turn on right now. I am using my in-laws computer until our new power supply comes in, hopefully by Monday, but it's slower than Christmas in January.
Tom is still coughing up crap, but the congestion has eased and it's only at night, sometimes in the morning but not all the time.
I love all this snow we've been getting. We have gotten more snow this year than we have in the past 15 yrs combined!
Elle started her job and likes it. My problem is that is a 45 min drive and with the exception of the first 2 days (Feb 13 & 14) she has been sent home early. Yesterday it was less than 2hrs into a 4 hour shift. I Luckily last night mom was at a Lady Vols game and was picking her up anyway. I don't want to drop her off at work , go home and go back 30 minutes later. It isn't worth it to drive 1 1/2 hours to work for 2 hrs. She is going to have to get another job or get her own car.
