Water Hates Me
Good God! When will it end???
First the water heater and both toilets go at the same time; now it hasn't stopped raining for any length of time in two days, and isn't going to stop for a few more days. (wooohoo, flood warning tonight!) The ground is so saturated that it is seeping into my basement from every nook and cranny, every crack, every hole, places I have never seen before. My basement has not had this much water in YEARS!!!!
Water hates me.
I have no clue how I am going to get this all cleaned out. Even my bedroom is completely saturated- it doesn't normally go into my room unless it's under the door, no big. It hasn't been this bad in my bedroom since before we made it a bedroom. God it's going to take days to dry out, even with the sump pump and shop vac. It will get cold enough for a fire Thursday- but we have NO wood! ARGH!
