Why Do I Feel Guilty?
Walking from the car into Michael's to get colored sugar for the King cake, Rowan spied some change on the ground. He dived to pick it up. I realized that it was an envelope full of money that had been partially torn open. There was an amount and a first name written on the envelope. Inside was less than the amount written, but still it was $200. I don't know what I could have done. Wandered into Michael's and Target and the other stores and asked people if they had lost something? or asking every woman her name? I did none of these things. I kept the money. I gave Rowan $20 for his piggy bank and I've put the rest 'away.' I think a random donation to someone would be in order.
