(no subject)
so yesterday after over a week of having problem with my voice, I chatted with my pharmacist, ok so not my normal one, it was his day off but I chatted with the other pharmacist about my voice and she said that I should have it tested for strep, which it most likely isn't but since i will be leaving in about 2 months I didn't want to leave it till the last min. So mom made the appointment, since my voice wasn't really audible to humans. Now low and behold its slightly less sore and while still not normal, it has a huskiness that isn't part of my natural voice and it still isn't able to get to my normal volume, even for a quiet conversation. and it also has times that it completely cracks out and that hurts, it cracking not it stopping working although that bugs me as well.
when i was helping tam and steve move steve was saying something to me to which I visually replied to. and Tam asked who steve was talking to so steve said "when you hear me talking and theres no response I'm talking to caroline" which was funny but sums up how its been these past few days. the most annoying thing is that I know ASL however no one else in my family does so it means nothing. I'm learning to appreciate the deaf culture more.
anyway I'm tired and have much room cleaning to do.
