It seems to you, the thing to do is isolate the winner
This is pretty much the coolest thing ever. I foresee myself binding a book in my near future.
Yesterday, my mom and I went to visit the University of the Pacific, which I'm considering in my college search. (ugh.) The music profs weren't there, so I think we're going to see about visiting again to go sit in on classes and stuff. You know, it's a pretty big thing, it seems. I dunno. That's more of a four year school with rounded education stuff. My other option is an art/music school (amazingly hard to get into, though). Oi. I just want to be surrounded by arty and creative people. I'm hoping that's the case at a four year school as well as an art college.
I want to go to a planetarium...like now. *eats another halloween candy*
Today, my dad and brother were gone playing airsoft (do guys really need more of an excuse to shoot each other?), so my mom and I just went a ton of places. She's still looking to get a new purse (they're all too bling...everywhere. ew.), and I got a bunch of sale clothes from Forever 21. I got these pants that button up to my belly button. I feel way 70s in them. ^^ I'm going to wear them and tuck a shirt in so you can see the high waist. whoot! And we saw these pretty awesome crocheted scarves with flowers interspersed within em and were trying to figure out how to make them. I'm going to make one like that, if I ever get time. We also went to the Indian grocery and got a bunch of Indian breads and stuff. ^^
So I was thinking about my compositions that I have to write to apply to be a composition major... (as I should be, lol). They'll probably all be on piano because I'm not so skilled to do much more than that. I was thinking about doing something impressionistic. So it'd be painting a picture of something. I'm thinking maybe of Marie Antoinette? Then it'd end with this great big scale that goes up, pauses, then goes down rapidly and ends in a thud. Guillotine! ^^ I could do a whole series: Joan D'arc(but how would I play her being burnt...), Queen Elizabeth (heehee, can you imagine the teasing with the King of Spain part?!), Ameliea Earheardt (lol, it'd end suddenly or like fade or something), etc etc! Lol, I'm such a feminist...
I'm digging Architecture in Helsinki right now. Cool band. ^^ Yay, I'm finally learning modern bands!
