"from the ceiling of my dream"
I just went bowling with a bunch of English professors. Yeah. This week's supposed to be the celebration of the introduction of the Creative Writing emphasis in the English major. So tonight was the "writer's bowling night". Only three of us students went. I had met one of them before at the poetry workshop. Haha, the professors were complaining about the new Toni Morrison book "A Mercy". XD We had a nice conversation about how suffering seems to be the ever popular topic of celebrated books. And of course, conversation always relates back to Shakespeare. And I even managed to bowl a 120 one round. It was really awkward sitting there while all the professors joked with each other, though.
I officially CHANGED my major! I'm an English major with a Music minor. ^^ I only have about three classes until my music minor's all done though, so this'll be a cinch. And I signed up for my classes for next semester!

I'm thinking about dropping American literature and taking a later Creative Writing class if the load's too much...cuz that's a busy schedule. Humanities is a toughie. I've still got to read my humanities homework for tonight. >.<
Today was an AWESOME day. Basically I just chatted with people a lot...it feels good to make human connection. And we had a quiz in Choir for "And the Glory of the Lord", which I did nicely on. And a lot of people complimented my voice. ^^ Sometimes I think I could've gotten through music majoring better with a vocal emphasis. I love my voice.
ALSO, the Dining Commons is celebrating international week...with international foods! Tomorrow's Indian food and I'm psyched. I'm sprinting over there after Humanities and getting me some yumminess!
