I decided to buy a new cookbook with the start of the farm share so I am not scrabling to figure out how to use all the vegetables each week. I got it on Friday night and so far I have made two dishes inspired by (cause we all know I can't follow a recipe) It is called:

For each veggie the have a brief history, how to plant (in case you are doing your own garden) and kitchen notes followed by recipes with that veggie The only veggie I have found to be missing is Kolhrabi.... I seem to be still looking for a good use of this veggie other than slice and eat raw in salads or with dressing
