Relapsing
So for a bit I was feeling pretty energetic; last week I started working full time, and I didn't even feel that bad in the evenings.
And then the weekend hit.
Since Saturday I've been really lethargic and my throat is so sore again. All of this has put me in A Bad Mood.
I don't think I have the energy to be in a good one. Damn Epstein-Barr!

A long time ago on Myspace, I did this and it was fun. So here is a new one:
Things I like: Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke, premade PB&J sandwiches, typing on a typewriter, my job, listening to Sufjan Stevens when I'm almost asleep, sunny days with little humidity, living with my parents (most of the time), understandable and interesting translations of ancient texts, twirling batons in the backyard, watching the Gameshow Network and Lifetime Movie Channel, laughing at people on So You Think You Can Dance? and talking about them outloud to myself, going on Harrisville excursions with Sarah, being creative, little girls who point at me and whisper There's the baton teacher! when I walk by, seeing how excited my grandparents' toy poodle gets when I walk in the door, my new blood glucose meter that does all kinds of neat things, that my doctor's name is Dr. Saad Butt, mail, my brown sweater (thanks, Lisa), knowing that I will see Keegan soon.
Things I dislike: mono, the way my mom is mean to our cat, Matilda, not seeing my kitty, Prufrock, being in A Bad Mood, waking up with a low blood sugar, that Grey's Anatomy will not be new until next season, taking diagnostic GRE tests and scoring really low on them, the way my dad likes to have conversations with me as soon as I get out of bed and have no idea what's going on yet, never having any money and knowing I won't really have any all summer, not having any place to get Chai tea, when my mom turns the thermostat up as soon as I turn it down (we go on like that all evening, neither one of us ever catching the other one doing it), when Sarah leaves trash all over my room, knowing that I don't get to see Keegan that much and it may never change.
