While preparing for reunion dinner, my boy took out the mop to clean the floor around & under the dining table.
Me: Why are you mopping the floor?Boy

Because I want the floor to be clean, so that later if anyone drop the food, we can still pick up to eat.Me:Huh... (what can I say... I constantly told him to don't waste food.)

My older nephew was drinking gassy canned drink and both my kids requested to have a sip.
Nephew :Cannot.Kids:Why cannot?Nephew

Because... ... when the drink goes into your tummy, it will shake. I am big, so nothing will happen to me. But you are small. When it shake in your tummy, your whole body will shake too. And when your whole body shakes, you may lose balance and fall down. And when you fall down, you will feel pain-pain. You want to feel pain-pain?Girl:I don't want already.Boy: Never mind. You hold me and I drink.

First day of CNY, my boy was mopping around the house (yes, other than climbing mountain, his favourite activity is domestic work) again. When he went into the mahjong room...
All: WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!Boy:... .... ... *briskly answered while busy mopping*Nephew:Huh... No. No "ang-mo bing" here!!Me:Oh please... he was saying "I'm mopping"!
