Year End Concert

Nov 22, 2012 23:00

Once again, the long awaited kindergarten year end concert (which was held on 3 Nov) ended successfully. The Girl had fun performing and the Boy had a great time catching up with his "girlfriends" and watching the performance. And this year's theme is, The Nutcracker!

The Finale. See what fun the kids seem to have!

As usual, all the staffs and students contributed much to the success, spending a few months preparing for it.

See the beautiful props? All handmade by the teachers.

And the deco at the theatre entrance.

And as usual, all the kids got to play a part in the concert. In singing, keyboard playing and dancing.

All ready to start their song item.

Playing the keyboard as a class.

Girl's first solo performance.

I guess, at this young age, the kiddo has no fear for stage performance. Asked if she was scared, she replied that she was feeling a little nervous. Asked if she would like me to tell her teacher to pull her out, haha... she said no immediately. Well, good that she is aware of her emotions.

Music teachers' item.

This year, the school planned for a performance by the music teachers, instead of the parents. It was very interesting to see the music teachers strutting their stuffs.
