I wish it would stop raining, it's been raining nonstop for the past few days!! It was raining when I went to work yesterday, then at work I was really bored and didn't have much to do, so I took out my textbook and studied for the test I had later. I left an hour earlier than usual because I wanted to study more, and it was raining and the roads were all bad, with cops and detours everyhere. There was a detour in the road I was taking, so the cop there made me make a right instead of going straight, and he said to keep going, make a right, keep going to the second right, make a right again, and then make a left. O_o
I was completely lost, I was driving around for more than an hour, and several roads were closed, it was still raining, and I had to drive through the water, because the roads were covered in water. It was like going through a maze, I was stuck in these awful little backroads, with no street signs, they were all full of water and holes, and they all looked the same, so I had no idea where I was or how to get out of there because it looked like I was going in circles. I finally drove past a sign that said "Welcome to Redding", so I knew I was in Redding, which is two towns away from where I had started, so I turned around and tried to go back and after a while I saw another sign "Welcome to Easton", so I just had to figure out how to get out of Easton to the next town because that's where I wanted to go. Actually all I wanted, was to get out of those backroads to a big street with people, because then I could probably find a route I was familiar with. Anyway I kept driving and I saw a mailman a bit ahead of me, so I drove up to him and asked him how to get to the other town, and the very nice mailman, said to go straight, then make a left and that would take me to the Monroe center, which is where I wanted to go back to. After saying thank you like 10 times, I did what he said, and I came out of the ugly little backroad to....the center of Monroe!!! YAY!!!! to the big street with all the shops, and signs and people! And because I came out right after the spot where they had the detour thingy, I was able to keep going and take my usual way to school!
I got to my first class, Visual Basic, and we started working on a new lab, we had to create a toolbox class and code the keypress event of a textbox to only allow numbers and backspace. Does anyone how to do that? I just can't remember how to do it, I'll have to get my old book, I think it has the code for that. Since I was getting frustrated and wasn't making any progress with that and I still had a test in my second class, I left early and drove to the other building for my second class. Because I got there early I was able to find a good parking spot, I usually have to park two parking lots away from the entrance, and I have to walk back to my car alone in the dark. I had time to study more before the test, then my professor came and after trying to login to his PC for about 10 minutes told us we could start. I started the test at 5:40 and I was out of there at 5:55, and I got 96, so the test wasn't bad, and the day was not a complete loss. I went home after that, it was still raining. ;_; So that was my day yesterday, today was pretty uneventful, I was bored at work today too and had a headache for most of the afternoon, and guess what? It's still raining!

Does anyone know how long does it take for Hobby Link to ship out something? I sent payment with paypal on 4/11, I checked on their website and it says the items are being processed for shipping. I'm probably being impatient, but I haven't bought from them before, so I don't how long they take to ship out stuff. I want my Re-ment!!!
