Planes can do funny things to mildly injured bodies. It's the subtle changes in pressure and such. Last summer at our work conference, Typhoid hit her head the day before we were leaving and flying home caused all sorts of problems including, but not limited to, fluid building up behind her eyeballs. Only Typhoid, right?
But anyway, it's possible the flight caused some increased swelling/aggravation to what ever was already hurt.
you may be talking out of your ass, but everyone says that maybe i was sitting funny or had my legs positioned weird while sitting on the plane?
planter fasciitis is related to the ligament or tendon or something that runs the length of your leg down through the bottom of your foot. it affects your arches, heels etc. i've got inserts and started doing specific leg and foot stretches. plus i wear a lot of flat shoes, so it's good in general to use inserts.
