1-Ok, ever since my mom's fiance died I have gained 5 pounds because I had to eat out some with my parents and I'm afraid if I gain more, I won't be able to fit into my clothes.  The smallest I can wear now is a size 6.  Is it the foods I'm eating.  All I'm eating is whole grain, fruits and veggies and any dairy I have is low fat/fat free.  I ( Read more... )

1~ depends how you are working out. if it is the same routine every time its muscle memory and you need to change your work out. and also it depends on the times you eat. watch how much you eat and when you do it.

2~ do something that you want to do. if you listen to everyone you forget to listen to the most important person: yourself. even the most simplest things can be appreciated.

3~ hm... i guess you have to be open and try talking to people or open yourself up to the public. a good way to tell is by body language. ;)

um.. i hope I helped?

1- I go to an aerobics class and they change the pattern of workouts everyday.

As far as eating, Yea but I also heard it doesn't matter what time you eat as long as you don't overeat. *plus, I wake up late*

2-I don't think design would teach me the correct classes for to go into manga. Thats more if I want to design ads and stuff.

3-My parents won't even try looking at schools. The one with my art major is two hours away from my house so I guess I can't go back to school.

Damn this was useless. I'm the only one without a future. :/

The problem is that the only College closet by with those requirements is the Columbus College or Art and Design. I don't know any other colleges that teach that stuff and my parents refuse me to live in a dorm unless I live with dad or mom so thats why I said what I said (and I may not have the money right now). :/

1. Unfortunately, I'm not really the right person to ask about this one. I managed to lose weight simply by avoiding soda. O_o I'm going to say in my completely unprofessional opinion, that your body was in equilibrium beforehand. When you took in that high calorie food, that was obviously disrupted, and now you're still stuck in equilibrium with a bit more weight. So, well, break it a little bit. It'll probably be a much more gradual process going back down, but you should be able to handle it.

2. Well, the internet is kind of a filter for everything. Even harsh criticism is somewhat blunted because you're not in the same room physically talking to the person. All that said though, this is how you need to view criticism. It's there to help you. If the person is being nice, that's all well and good. If they're being mean, cut through the bullshit and focus on what they're really saying. Criticism is a part of life, no matter how good a job we do, we're not going to be perfect and there's always someone that can point out ( ... )

Yes, people are mean but I was reffering to the ones who said I shoudn't be in art and it really upset me.

1. its probably a combination of stress eating and family gatherings also tend to increase the amount you eat. just increase your water intake, go to normal eating habbits and do some walking and it should come right off in a week or 2 ( ... )

Yea, I need to drink more water.

I tried photoshop once, I don't understand it.

As far as people, there isn't many to talk to around here since I'm in a low populated town so it will be kinda difficult.

Thanks.
