This somehow managed to be written at work just now *hides head in hands*.

'When Sam fucks Dean’s mouth and spurts all over him, moaning his name, and then reaches down to bring him off with his hand, all the while kissing come-stained lips and swallowing Dean's whimpers. After that, he can sleep.'
