What a week
It was quite an eventful week by all accounts.
Monday, went back to work then over to Warrington to a night of frivolity. Great new location.
Tuesday again, back to work and then over to Birkenhead,managed to catch up with Sara, not seen her for ages so that was great.
Wednesday, well, officially my day off. Feeling a bit bored i decided that i needed to do something bit mad. So a few phonecalls later and at 3pm i was on a ferry heading to Dublin with a backpack and a few Euros. What a laugh. Will definately be going back again soon, the pace of life is so chilled out its untrue.
Thursday wandered around Dublin, bright sunshine, was brilliant, went to the park, few pints of guinness lol. Caught back up with my lift in the evening and then prepared for the ferry home.
Friday, how sleepy, but so wired that i couldnt sleep. after a drive from deeside i got home around 3/4am, but decided to take myself off for a drive again, found Pickmere lake, a place i used to visit all the time as a kid, sat and had a snooze in the car, then headed home around midday. Feeling relaxed and refreshed i headed home again, made a few calls and arranged to go out with Jaq that night. Heading to the Tiv in Buckley, somewhere i've not been for years and years, well, i dont think i'll be going back in a hurry, but an amusing night nether-the less.
Saturday, and back to work. How boring, can't believe its gone so quiet at the moment, but a well earned rest i suppose, just being woken by the occasional beep lol
Saturday night was brilliant, great to see Angie up and about and a chance to get to know people better, thanks to everyone who made me feel so comfortable. You see, we don't need a carpark to bring us together lol
Sunday, a nice quiet day ..... i wish. After getting to bed at 5am, and up again at 10, i ws pretty sleepy. But no rest for the wicked, time to get ready to go out. Meeting Dad's new g/f's daughters, Nathalie and Justine, as it turned out it was pretty painless. Came home and attempted to sleep, but to no avail, so just psyched myself up for the Sunday night. Which went really well, and 3 locations and a lot of laughs later i was on my way home at 2am. Ready for a well earned sleep.
