On Friday I emailed Dave, telling him that it was nice hanging out with him on Wednesday, and told him that I got my cyst drained, and that I will be going back to have surgery. He emailed me back last night, shortly after I went to bed, and asked when my appointment was, and offered to go with me for support. That's so sweet of him, and I'm glad he offered, as I would really like it if he were there throughout this whole ordeal. I prefer not to have to go through this alone, and he is the one who I would most want with me. I was actually debating on whether or not I should ask him, but I didn't want to overstep my boundaries or make him feel obligated. So I am really happy, and touched, that he offered. Even if he can't make it because the date conflicts with something, his offer to be there for me means a lot. I am so glad to have him back in my life.
