Fell of the horse

Today I feel like I have fallen off a horse and am having a hard time wanting to get back into the saddle.

Due to the weekend travel ( and circumstances) I missed a day of training on Saturday and EVERYTHING yesterday. I feel disappointed and disheartened today. Yet, I cannot find any motivation to get back in the saddle today.

I read an article last night about how you should plan for failure, mentally. Things will happen. Life will occur. Circumstances will arise that will mess with your exercise regime or your meal plans. You will fall off the horse. You should know, understand, and accept this in advance. Fight it, but if it happens be okay with it. Dust yourself off as soon as you can and get back in the saddle. I know I need to work on this. I am usually pretty good about getting back in the saddle, but it is the rest I struggle with.

So here I am putting on my boots. It is time to saddle up
