"I don't believe you'd even had days where you thought about doing stuff like that," she said with just the tiniest hint of a smirk, giving his hand a squeeze.

He took the stairs quick, hopping off the last two and turning to face her again, backing toward the door. When his back hit it he fumbled for the knob, his other hand reaching for hers to pull her in after him.

Brow arching, she disentangled her fingers from Sam's and skirted them up along the inside of his arm, resting at the crook of his elbow.
"Hi," she said coyly, eyes sparkling. "What's an Evil Politician such as yourself doing in a place like this?"

"Of course," she whispered. Lightly she ran her fingers up his chest, along the line of his throat, and over his jaw. "I would totally expect nothing less from a man such as yourself."

Lips twitching, wanting desperately to laugh or kiss him breathless or both, she added, "Things seem infinitely, like, more interesting here. You can mess up my schedule any time."

"Mmmhmm," she murmured, the sound getting swallowed up by his mouth as he kissed her hard enough to take most of her breath away. There went her own plans for kissing him breathless.
The fingers she had placed on the back of his neck flexed, then dug into his skin as she hauled herself closer. Instinctively a knee lifted and she hooked her heel against the back of his calf, never pulling back all the while.
Breathing was kind of overrated right now, too.
