I'm ready for the weekend!
I'm so excited for this week! Although I have a TON of stuff to do. I have a Biology test on Monday that I really need to study for, so I don't really know what I am doing on livejournal, but oh well!
Victoria finally came back! I've missed her so much, this weekend has been so lonely. I know David came to visit and I hung out with Chris and I had a toon of stuff going on, but it was really different. I didn't get to joke about stuff I usually get to joke about, and I had so many things I wanted to tell Victoria about BUT I couldn't text her because I don't have texting anymore! (boo hoo) and I didn't want to call. So I had tons of stories for her when she finally got back home! :)
So Friday, I was all by myself until like 3 when David came into town and we baked cupcakes for the talent show. They were delish and EVERYONE loved them! Maybe I should go to culinary school and be a baker! Too bad I probably don't want to do that for the rest of my life! Anyway, before we went to the talent show, we went to go visit Alli because she had a swim meet at the Swim Center. Then we went to Chipotle. Then, we went to the talent show, which was pretty fun. One of my TA's played the piano and a lot of people sang and there were a couple of skits. After that, David left for his cousins and I finally got to play rockband 2! It was so much fun! We played til, like, 2:30 and I then we went to Wendy's and then I went home! I'm finally getting okay at playing the guitar on hard! And Chris told me that he and his roommates uploaded all the rockband 1 songs, so I can't wait to go back and play all those!
Saturday, David came over and we went to watch the game. And it was awkward. We left at the beginning of the 4th quarter and then he left for Waco. After, Chris came over and we watched some more football and did some calculus (booooo). Come to think of it, I think all I did on Saturday was watch football! Unfortunately Alabama and Tech won, but Penn State lost, so Texas is back up to 3. After the Tech game I started watching Full Metal Jacket. I really like that movie, but I can never watch the one part where they start beating Pile with the bars of soap. It makes me so sad :(
On Sunday, I really didn't do much of anything.... I went to Kerbey Lane with Spencer and finally had some of their queso while she told me all about her trip to H-town! And then I went to the Mu's meeting which took forever! I think we've spent like, a month deciding on our pledge shirts Its ridic. Afterwards, Spencer went to church with me! YAY! So I wasn't sitting all by myself! And after that we went to the Lambda bake sale and talked to Marc and bought some of Blake's ghetto turtle cookies lol. But they were so good! Those are my favorite kind of cookie! Then Spencer came over and we watched Saving Private Ryan even though we were supposed to be finishing calculus.
THEN on Monday, I was lonely again until like 8 when Chris came over to watch OTH. And then Victor came home!! YAYYY! And now life is complete! Lol. And we watched the Chongalicious video! Oh, it was so funny!
So I'm going to Lambda formal next week and it's a masquerade dance/formal thing so I have to have a mask. I'm thinking of making one, but I'm scared it'll turn out really ugly! Wish me luck!
