I've for some time had cellphones that can double (triple? more?) as a portable music device. I haven't been using them, though, since these devices by default support MP3, and I have all this music encoded in vorbis. OK, so I love my Sony Ericsson M600i PDA w/builtin cellphone (or is it the other way around?). It's a great PDA, a very nice phone, and it's just the right size. I've had it for ~14 months, I've been very pleased with it, and I still am. Lots of good things to say about it.
