A Little Reminiscing...
Wow, I just read some of my very first entries in this journal. It's crazy how much has happened since then. June 25, 2002 was my first entry. Crazy, 3 1/2 years ago. I was still in Alaska. I just can't get over all the things I've done in the last three years. I was running through all the pictures on my computer yesterday trying to find some good ones for LJ and I went through all the pictures from Mexico and Arizona with the girls. Man, those were the good old days!
I have to say Arizona was the best 2 1/2 years of my life. I'm so glad I moved there. What I wouldn't give to go back and have everything be the same as it was when I left. It's not though...most of our friends have moved, and Meg's about to move. That makes me sad I didn't appreciate what I had a little bit more there. I should probably apply that thought to my current location,but it's just not the same. It's not that I'm completely unhappy here but if Paul said "Let's move back to AZ" I'd do it in a second. Maybe it's the rain...I can't take much more of it before I totally lose it. Arizona's had 89 straight days of sun....and Seattle's had 30 straight days of rain.
Ok, Gary Allan has had several of my last few posts for my music line. I must say that his new CD, while sadly all about his dead wife, is really good. He's got such an awesome voice. It comes highly recommended from me.
