Originally uploaded by sup internetsMission accomplished. We helped Corey find the right dress for her big day in September and also had a great time celebrating her birthday. There was much nomming of awesome eats in Knoxville and on stops to and fro in Atlanta. And some sight seeing as well. I got to see the Sun Sphere, alas there are no wigs there.The Simpson's lies.
This weekend made me realize the obvious, weddings are a ton of freaking work. If I were faced with all that Corey has to plan and account for, I think I might hide under a rock till it's all over. Remind me to elope when the time comes. If it ever does that is. It seems that the older I get, the less I could care about myself actually ever getting married one day. I think I have it backwards and should care more as I get older, but whatever. I am funny that way I guess.
In other news I am nerding out about gardening lately. It is spring time in Tallahassee and I really am itching to have a banging garden this year. So far I have just a few little flowers and veggies germinating. Hopefully I have a green thumb this go round.
