the robot war
people spend way too much time on the computer these days creating a cyber-life for themselves. like we're all a bunch of moths entangled in the unending world wide web. and what's with all these commercials on tv recently about 'the network' as the core entity connecting us all together? is this the false god that the prophets wrote about that would signal the end of days? well, no because, and i'm going to throw a philosophical hail mary here (so go deep!), but.....there is no beginning or end.....
what all this does signal, however, is that the inevitable robot war is soon at hand, and people are just making it easier for the robots to take them over by transforming their social interactions into binary form. well, i'm not gonna have any of it! they can't fuse with my mind!! in fact, i'm just gonna keep on writing posts and emailing and signing into chat programs and sending pop-ups and spam proclaiming that i won't go silently into the night! i'll even date people online if i have to, just to get the word out!! BRING IT ON ROBOTS!! let's see what you've got! you'll NEVER take my mind over!!
