After trying to figure it out for hours, I've finally got my wireless running. Apparently, installation software only works on PCs even though the actual hardware is both PC and MAC compatible. Same with Comcast installation. I finally called Comcast and the woman said "ohhh, you must have a mac. yeahhh... people who have macs can't run our installation program, we have to set it up for you here."
well, why the fuck don't you tell us this in the instructions, saving both of us some time? GD, I have no patience for stupid people.

Also, I made sure Ben Folds' birthday was included in our paper's celebrity birthdays section tomorrow. And I picked a really funny Justin Timberlake sticking out his tongue photo for a mug. Choosing content as well as editing and desigining pages has its perks since I can add my own little touches to my pages.

I've never been a big wine drinker. But maybe I've just been drinking the wrong kind of wine (think cheap). Saturday was my cousin's baby's baptism. yeah, i know, she's not Catholic, but her husband is. it was a little strange. Anyway, we went to dinner at this fancy Italian restaurant after it was over and, of course, since I wasn't paying, I ordered wine. Oh my god, it was soooo good, much better than any other white wine I have ever had. I have no idea how much this wine cost per glass (or what kind of was), but I'm sure it was pricey. (no matter how expensive the wine, I've decided I still don't like red).

As I was unpacking a couple boxes of CDs I hadn't even opened in years(they were in my parents' basement), I found a couple random photo CDs I had burned from my old computer before I got my iBook. Fucking hilarious. They were all from my first semester at the S'news. Everyone looks ridiculously young and I have really short hair.

I still have a lot of random boxes to go through. I know I'm going to find so many more gems.
