I'm back on a "the loon" kick.
I absolutely hate meeting new people. Hate it. I always end up disliking 80 percent of everyone I meet and people generally get wrong impressions of me. I say stupid things and sound like a complete idiot. Either that or I seem extremely stuck up and bitchy. I never make good first impressions so why do I judge other people on my first impressions of them? This is why I have problems making friends.
It takes me a long time to get comfortable around people. I don't like sharing information with strangers. Most people don't like waiting around in order to be my friend.
This is why I hate "first days" of work, school, whatever. I am not a naturally friendly person. I don't smile unless I mean it. I don't make small talk. If I don't like you, I will not talk to you. And you will know it.
