FUCK. I just received an invitation to sit down with a small group and talk to John Edwards. Fuck fuck fuck fuck. Why do I always have to be somewhere else when these things happen?
"As part of the Western Health Advantage Distinguished Speakers series, the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts has “An Evening with Senator John Edwards” on Monday, January 9th. In addition to the evening lecture, Senator Edwards will be having a small group discussion from 4-5:00 pm. in the Green Room (Mondavi Center) in order to encourage student interaction, and ISHP has received the first invitation. We are very privileged that our honors program has been contacted specifically because the group will be limited only to 30-40 university students and select faculty. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in attending so that I can reserve a space for you."
