Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!
Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!
What time did I go to bed? No idea, tbh. Not very late. Well before midnight, anyway.
What time did I get up? 11am. I slept and I slept and I slept and I feel *so much better* today.
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I did wake up when my 5am alarm went off, but I just listened for a bit then switched it off and went back to sleep.
What's the weather like outside? It's been nice and bright all day, but just now (3:30pm) there's an aggressive thunderstorm raging.
Did I take my morning pill? NO! I forgot.
What was breakfast? A glass of milk and a cup of coffee.
Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Before breakfast, before I got up even.
Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! Out to Sainsbury's for chicken for the cat.
Did I have lunch? YES! Steak and a smoothie, and yerba maté.
Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!
Did I have a nap? NO! I got a bit tired, but not massively.
Did I write? YES! 1000 words, first thing.
Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! A bit of shipping forecast, and a programme on NHK about ceramics and gardening and tea, and another about fish head curry.
Did I do anything physical? YES! I folded and put away yesterday's laundry and put in some more, which is drying now. I fetched the three wheelie bins. I emptied the cat tray and the recycling. I pottered around shops.
Did I talk to anyone? YES! Check out woman at Sainsbury's who was apologetic because I brandished my newly-refound Nectar card too late to count towards the shop, bless her. The Squire who is having a bit of a bad time of things, and Phil next door but one who was washing his car. Random while we went shopping. Pol only just long enough to grab a hug and notice his haircut. Shop staff, including the one who pointed out newer, better plants of the sort I wanted to buy.
Did I have dinner? YES! A veg pot and a glass of milk.
How many painkillers have I had? Tramadol last night (scheduled). HFCC sipped slowly during the thunder storm (air pressure must have been really very low).
What bad things happened today? The thunderstorm gave me an amazingly bad headache very quickly.
What good things happened today? I didn't have much pain right until the thunderstorm. I had more energy. I had a nice cuddle with Pol last night. Moth's dermatitis seems to be clearing up on its own, which will be a relief to both of us. MEG was excited about Bristol Con and it was great to know I am already down to go to it (thanks to Pol sorting it out). I found a couple of really nice necklaces in Next, and bought them. I managed to give Moth her pill, bringing the current score to two all. Random is out getting Chinese food right now.
