Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? NO! Not really.
Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!
What time did I go to bed? 1:30am.
What time did I get up? 7am
Did I do my dawn walk? NO!
What's the weather like outside? Cloudy and with that headache which means approaching bad weather, despite a fine forecast.
Did I take my morning pill? YES!
What was breakfast? A glass of milk and a cup of coffee.
Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Go me!
Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? NO! Don't wanna.
Did I have lunch? YES! Steak and a glass of mango juice drink, followed by prunes in juice.
Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!
Did I have a nap? NO!
Did I write? YES! I wrote part of a fan fiction story last night, a Sherlock mystery with no romance whatsoever, and did my 750 words today on daydreams.
Did I watch or listen to anything? Blur's Park Life album, a bit of David Attenborough Fragile Earth, news, The Castle on BBC R4
Did I do anything physical? YES! I pulled out my GIANT HUGELY HEAVY BED which weighs more than I do, and cleaned behind it, hoover and dampl cloth and all. I also did laundry and folded Pol's washing and played with the cat.
Did I talk to anyone? Jenny, our cleaner, briefly.
Did I have dinner? YES! Innocent veg pot followed by a pot of rice pudding.
How many painkillers have I had? One HFCC - after leaving lots and lots of half-finished doses about, I've decided to just halve the dose to begin with. I take so long to drink it anyway, that I can just add more if needed.
What bad things happened today? I got a migraine. As migraines go, it was relatively mild. The snail tank filter got jogged and fountained stagnant water down my bookshelf. I cleaned it up.
What good things happened today? The cleaner came and our house has been hoovered, mopped, wiped and dusted. I also had SPOONS!! which I spent madly on making my room nice ready for the next Time Of No Spoons.
