Keeping track ((The boy was hidden in a private place)

Did I tidy my room? YES! It could use more tidying, but the rubbish from yesterday is gone and the clean clothes that are not hanging up to finish drying are all in the wardrobe.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I did try to sleep at a reasonable time, but it wasn't happening. I think I went to sleep at about 3:30am.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I haven't done all winter. I haven't really needed to.

What's the weather like? Cold, wet and windy with fine, driving rain travelling in clouds.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! Eventually, I did! Pol noticed and complimented me.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO! I've been awfully lax of late. I'm getting back into it now.

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! I took one look at the weather and concentrated on laundry. I am going out to the allotment tomorrow, so I can get my cold-and-wet in then. (The bath is *mine* from 3pm-6pm)

Did I cook? YES! I made... whatever it is you call minced beef, herbed and spiced and shaped into rounds, then rolled in streaky bacon and baked. Definitely not health food, but I served it with baked beans and roast mushrooms.

Did I take my post-breakfast anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? YES! Laundry, chasing the cat and being downstairs. I've been really very ill of late, so short bursts of activity have been followed by long periods of slumping in my room with a really bad headache - hence lack of posting. Today was better - although I still retired to my room after but a single hour of Pol's not-very-demanding company.

Did I use my brain? YES! I am working on my assignment, to be handed in tomorrow. Yesterday was a write off: asleep at 4:30am then woken up gently at 6am, violently at 6:30am, then seemingly every five minutes from then on. This means I am tight for time with the assignment, but the main part - an 800 word essay detailing the reasons for failure of democracy in Myanmar - is done.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! I had two cocodamol after breakfast.

Did I have a migraine? YES! I have one now, curving like smooth steel tongues around my eye and down into my teeth, both probing and crushing by turn.

Do I feel MEish? YES! I've had pretty much a bad relapse as the result of a cold or series of colds (it's hard to tell) and I've been getting backlash from exercise, disturbed sleep and night sweats. You wanted to know that, didn't you.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and infected, yay.

Did I sleep well? NO! I'm having a lot of trouble both getting to sleep and staying asleep, and succumbing to naps during the day (where the alternative is a very bad migraine). Last night's sleep was longer and less disturbed than of late, and today's nap was much shorter, so I have hope of getting to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight.

PLANS

Finish my assignment and hand it in.

Go to the allotment and Do Stuff.

Bath.

Bed.
