Keeping track (in new clothes)

Happy Thing(s) I have a new duffel bag and I love it. I showed my mum the Iranian cakes and she loved them. There are non-bra ways to support your breasts.

Did I tidy my room? YES! I put my clothes away so they aren't just in the suitcase, anyway.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I think I did. Go me.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? NO! I was too tired. I read and went straight to sleep.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I did wake up, but it was *freezing*, so I got coffee and bread and butter and read some more.

What's the weather like? Cold and wet.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! Washing was a matter of a quick, frozen dash to to bathroom with a flannel, some light screaming and then getting dressed as quickly as possible.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO!

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! My mum and I went shopping around Nottingham. I got a retro jumper from COW that has to be seen to be believed. I still don't believe it. We went to the pet shop that used to have a red macaw, for years and years, but it got sold on, apparently. And there was Ice Nine which was full of shiny, shiny things. I got an embroidered duffel bag.

Did I cook? NO! My mum is cooking. Pork belly and vegetable stir fry.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? Walking, around town. About an hour's walking about, since we were out for several hours. Other than that, very little. I might dance later, just to warm up.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? NO! Drug free day is drug free.

Did I have a migraine? YES! It was a bear earlier but it's fading now.

Do I feel MEish? NO!

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and sore.

Did I sleep well? NO! I kept throwing off the bed clothes and waking up frozen. I woke up in the dark and couldn't get back sleep. When my alarm went off, I looked outside and got breakfast and the biggest, hottest cup of coffee ever.
