Can't be miserable forever.

Things are getting better. The last few days have been pretty darn harsh on my overall psychological state.

Yesterday I managed to go to all but one class (Guitar). I also volunteered for an hour at the QRC and hung out with the awesomer than awesome Sarah and Chris. Later I bowled a 117 at Bowling class and passed a game scoring quiz.

Today I turned in one written assignment and then worked my ass off on another just to go to class and have the deadline extended to next Tuesday. So, that extended deadline annoys me a bit because I didn't know about it but it means I can work a little more on the research paper. Speaking of papers, I found out that I got 95% on two papers for other classes.

Also today I went to STA Travel to reserve a flight to Edinburgh and it's only going to cost about $789 round trip. That's pretty darn good considering the costs I'd found directly through airlines were anywhere from $900-2000.

And now, I'm relaxing after a lovely trip to the library and Safeway in the lovely Portland rain. Got a butt load of stuff at the library... Two Aimee Mann CDs (Lost in Space and The Forgotten Arm), the Garden State soundtrack, the Go By Train debut CD, Rick Steves' DVD about Scotland, the third season of Dawson's Creek, and Ma Vie en Rose. Then, at Safeway I picked up some hot cocoa, REAL marshmallows and Tuxedo cookies (cuz they're better than Oreos).

Thanks to all who offered emotional support the last few days, I've really appreciated it! =)
