I CAN'T FALL ASLEEP!
I can't fall asleep. Yes, it is 7:23 AM. And I have not yet gone to bed. I was tired two hours ago, and I'm still tired now, but I just can't fall asleep. I'm scheduled to work today at 4 PM, and because it's the memorial day sunday, they'll probably call me in earlier because business will be more like a Saturday afternoon. Which means, even if I did go right to sleep now and they called me to come in early, say at 2 PM, I'd still only get 6 hours of sleep because I live so freakin far away from work. So what's there to do when you're trying to fall asleep and you can't? I've tried counting sheep, but that just got me thinking about other things. Maybe I should just lie in bed and hope I dose off...
My schedule at work really sucks this week. I just worked the past three nights. And then I have work tonight, tomorrow starting at 1 PM until we close, then work on Tuesday night, Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. So that'll be two nights off in 10 days and a combined total of about 79-80 hours. YEAH, IN 10 DAYS AND 80 HOURS! If the money wasn't good, I'd be sooo ready to quit.
