Everybody's freaking out this morning, saying that they woke up and their powers were gone. I don't understand what they're talking about. I've still got my powers. I can still fly.
Some of the kids are even happy, yelling that they're "normal" again. But I'm a Guthrie. Having powers is normal in my family. I'm glad I'm still a mutant. I can still fly.
I can hear Ms. Frost yelling in my head. She's telling me to stop, saying I can't do it anymore. It's alright. She just doesn't know. I can still fly.
I'm gonna prove it.
I can still fly.
