Doctor Who 4x13 Blah blah whatnot WITH SPOILERIFIC SPOILERS
Hi, my name is Kari and I actually ENJOYED the Doctor Who finale.
( So far I've seen SO MANY PEOPLE saying it failed, and I don't get it )

The ending was definitely SAD AS FUCK, and I feel very bad for the original Doctor, but I think I understand why it was written the way it was.
The Doctor really hates himself for how he's changed so many people. Basically, if they don't die, they become like him. I think it terrified him to know that people were willing to commit genocide to stop a race of Daleks, because that's exactly why he hates himself. I think him leaving Rose on the alternate world with Doctor 10.5 is sort of punishing himself for doing that to them.
It really does suck though. Poor Doctor. It broke my heart when he left Rose there, but at least he knows a part of him is happy with Rose, and that Rose is at least somewhat happy.
Also, Rose got the Doctor who isn't afraid of his feelings towards her. At least 10.5 DID tell her that he loved her. 10 still did the runaround "I don't have to say it." I said "YES. YES YOU DO." because he REALLY DID NEED TO, but alas...he didn't. :/
OMG DONNA. That was just horrific. It does anger me that she won't remember HOW FUCKING BADASS she really is, but my fanon tells me that it's kind of like John Smith in "Human Nature"...she dreams about what she did, and is like "That goddess in that statue at the museum...it kind of looks like me. Hrmm..."
Still sad as hell, and I CRIIIIIIIIIIED. Wow I cried.

i think we've seen enough of the eemo!doctor. yeah, we get it, he's a time lord, he's the last of his kind, and yes, he does make people living weapons, and no, he can't always get a happy ending, but he should get 1/2 of one. he deserves that much (if not more). and the fact that he couldn't suck up to Rose and tell her flatly that he loved her kind of pissed me off. worse was teh fact THAT HE JUST KINDA LEFT WITHOUT GIVING A FUCKING GOODBYE. that was just...no. not the doctor, at all. okay, he didn't need to burn up another sun, but a nice "it was good seeing you, i'm gonna miss you" or something like that would be a bit more..ten-ish.
DONNNA. KILLED. ME DEAD. not kidding. i'm still not recovering from that (i don't think i ever will). I CRIED SO BADLY I HAVEN'T DONE THAT SINCE DOOMSDAY AND THAT WAS ONLY ONE TEAR. THIS WAS LIKE, TWENTY BILLION. oh, WHY RTD? what do you not get of character development why build up all that awesomeness and then just snatch it away? *sobs*
