Been in that mood again lately. Luckily I've had work, the band, and friends to keep my mind off of things most of the time. Been writing a bunch of music so that's good.
I felt like such a shit last night for not going to the Castle when Eric called. I should've gone. I probably wouldve been in a better mood today. I've been kind of a stay-in person lately. I don't know why. I'm gonna ask for next friday morning off so I can party next week. I need to socialize more.
Went to the Water Hole with Mikey and his neighbors tonight. Totally sucked ass at darts. Don't know why. Wierd.
Strange dreams lately. Genn's been in them. I don't know why. I must have her on my sub-conscious or something. Wonder if she ever dreams of me...? Or anyone does for that matter? Probably. I'm pretty awesome sometimes.
Tomorrow nght is a kegger at Ryan's and I don't have to work the next day. So I'll be getting ridiculously drunk. That should be fun. I haven't had a night of fall down drunkeness in a long time. It's about due.
The band's going good. We have 3 songs set, a 4th in the works, and I think we're gonna do that cover of Country Boy Can Survive that I wanted to do. So that's cool. 5 more songs and we'll be ready to book shows. About another 1.5-2 months I would think.
I'm moving out of this town finally. Not far, just to Plant City. I found a really nice apartment with a lot of space, a lake view, a fireplace, and washer dryer, and practically brand new within my price range. It's amazing how cheap shit is out in the country. And it's only 5 minutes from the practice space so I'll be able to zip over for practice in a few minutes notice. Oh, they've got a really nice gym too. Bonus.
I'm starting to get a little worried over the Eric being our drummer thing. Yeah, He's awesome but he's got a lot of responsibilities with Killroy and his family and stuff. I don't know what's going to happen with that but I hope something happens soon. I'm getting tired of this once a week practice shit. I want to practice pretty much every night if possible.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is my last chance... No sense going half-assed now. I'll probably end up losing my job for this band. It's already starting. That's fine with me.
