So this weekend was pretty damn good. Saturday me and the guys went out to O'Briens. I got drunk as shit and asked Sherri on a date. She said yes. Yyyyeeeessss. So that was cool. Then I really got drunk. Went to Lorraine's after that. I don't remember much except saying lots of really dumb stuff to Nicole and Melissa and then driving home seeing double. That was a very bad idea. But I got home ok.
The next day I woke up really hung over and got ready for band practice. Then I loaded up and went over to Chad's house out in Plant City. I played them about 6 or 7 of the songs I've been working on and they seemed to like them. Chad even said that he had one of my songs stuck in his head after we were done jamming. Supposedly Eric Long is going to be our drummer and Chad is going to sing. I don't know how Eric's going to do that and be in Killroy at the same time. It'll work out one way or another. I really want to put a bunch of songs together and cut a cd and go on tour though. It's like, my dream. I think this time it might just work.
Jeff, the bass player, has been in a bunch of bands and been on tour and stuff so that's good that we've got someone with a bunch of experience in this sort of thing. He seemed like a real cool guy too. And he reccomended some really good music I downloaded today.
Then today I went around town looking for an ipod. Noone's got shit for ipod stuff right now. So I had to drive all the way out to Tampa to the apple store to get one. And they had HUNDREDS. Fucking apple. But it's all black and glossy and has every fucking cd I own in it now. Woohoo.
After that I went out to a customers house to fix her remote that she dropped. She gave me 15bucks so I think tonight the drinks are gonna be on me. I called Sherri about half an hour ago and got voicemail. Oh well, I'm pretty sure she'll call me back. Called Mikey to go out and drink a few pitchers too.
Thursday is the Killroy show at the Masquerade. I have a fucking bell to bell shift that day though. How much suck is that? But it should be fun.
That's about it.
