So sorry about the lack of Thanksgiving food at the mansion, everyone. I really meant to try for a big feast, but I got sort of caught up. But hey, I'll do one later, okay? Hopefully before Christmas rolls around. We need to have a day that's just way too much food, and hanging around and being glad for each other. Timing just didn't work out for me. At least Penny had her thing going. Thanks for that, Penny- if it wasn't for you, we would've been eating ramen. Instead, there was a wonderful meal, and I have no idea how you managed to make that much food. Thanks for letting us mooch.
I've been pretty distracted lately, but I'm glad things are starting to get back to what passes for normal around here. I am sorry to hear about people coming back after going home, but- I mean, really, did you expect to stay? The deities aren't going to let you go just like that, when you decide to ignore your morals and push their buttons. I have a feeling there's going to be more backlash on the way, but I guess we'll just have to see. At least some people got to visit their homes in the process.
Hope everyone had a good Turkey and/or Non-Turkey Day, for the people around here that celebrate Thanksgiving. I know stuff's been pretty rough for some people, but I know I'm still happy to have a lot of people here, myself. There are still things to be thankful for, and hopefully more on the way.
[ ooc: So yeah, Fred's been busy trying her darnedest to track Rip around the City, and as such sort of forgot about Thanksgiving entirely. She had a few sides she'd collected earlier, but...yeah. She's a little disappointed with herself, but ended up going to
Penny's dinner for food, and tried to point the other AI people there as well. ]
