Yoga this morning. Mostly standing work. Made sure to do my squats!
Tomorrow I am planning NOT to go jogging. Two feet of snow fell on my neighborhood this weekend--there's slush and ice and huge plowed-up drifts everywhere. Not going to try exercising outdoors in that. Instead I'm planning to do yoga every day this week: Tuesday and Wednesday morning at my usual early time, and then on Thursday, I'll be using a vacation day, so I'm going to go to a vinyasa class at either 9:15 (at StaSu) or 9:30 (at Enso). Whee!
