The housing lottery today. I'm living in Trimble next year (our version of apartments). I'm pretty happy with it, actually. Especially if I'm only here for the fall.
I've also decided that maybe I'm not so against the whole study abroad idea. In fact, I really want to do it now. I found a program in Amsterdam. It's an international law program. And it's in The freaking Netherlands. So I would get to work with the ICC. Basically the most amazing opportunity possible. I would kill to work with the ICC. Well, maybe not kill...cause they might frown upon that.
Plus, my uncle and his family live in The Netherlands. And I've only ever seen my uncle twice, and only met his family a couple years ago. So it'd be really fun to get to know them because they're amazing.
And I wouldn't be stuck in the states while all of my friends are in Europe or Australia. Especially since my two closest friends are going to the same freaking city. Ugh.
Only minus: I don't speak Dutch. So getting around Amsterdam will be really fun. I'm considering taking Intro to German next semester, just so I'll have a little bit of a foundation.
