On the Up and Up
Katie bought a car, and we're picking it up from the dealership on Tuesday. It's really exciting. We'll also be driving it to visit my parents and grandparents this coming weekend, and hopefully getting to see some wonderful people in the DC area and hopefully also finding a place to stay in that area Sunday night (July 27).
We'll be seeing the PARADE matinée (Wildwood Summer Theater show that Sherry Berg is in), and then hanging around and staying the night. Then we have to leave right quick to visit my grandparents and get home so Katie can go back to work and I can get a job.
But yes, having an amazing time in Buffalo, exchanging recipes with Katie's parents, and trying to stay on top of everything that I need to do to both apply to grad school by January (or so, depending) and have a job I can stand working for about a year.
Oh, and Katie cut my hair for me too. I am no longer shaggy with hair long enough to touch my chin in the front. I am a much happier Jane.
