Vegetarian Turkey with Stuffing, Garlic Butter Gai Lan, Parmesan-Filled Baked Tomato

The vegetarian turkey breast is made from both soy and wheat gluten. It's breaded and filled with stuffing. It was good, although I would have liked it better with some mushroom gravy or cranberry sauce on top. The brand that makes them is Light Life. They come frozen and you heat them in the oven or microwave. You can read more about them here. They are vegetarian, but not vegan.
