I found this recipe for these healthy treats called "Smudgies" off of
FitSugar. Frozen, they are like ice cream sandwich treats. They're very easy to make and only requires three ingredients: graham crackers, bananas, and peanut butter.
I freeze them for a few hours after I make them, but you can eat them right away, too. After I made it I also though, these would taste FAB with Nutella, so I think that will be a slight, unhealthy (but delicious) change next time I make a batch.
