I've never thought about cooking eggs in a microwave! That's an excellent time saver. Thanks!

I do scrambled eggs in the microwave occassionally..(not often ,because microwaves tend to suck out the nutrients)

You just got to make sure to not leave them in too long or they get rubbery...
