two thin-cut pieces of beef
3/4 c broccoli, cut in small florets
1/2 c roughly chopped portabellas
1 shallot, sliced from root to end
3/4 c pre-cooked brown rice
sesame oil
teriyaki sauce
soy sauce

Heat skillet over medium high heat. Cut vegetables. Add sesame oil and shallots, cook for a minute or two. Add mushrooms, cook for a minute or two - start preparing beef. Take a meat tenderizer to the beef until you've worked out all your stress from the day, then cut in thin slices. Remove shallots and mushrooms from skillet. Add a little more sesame oil to the skillet, then stir-fry the beef until just done. Add shallots, mushrooms, and raw broccoli florets to skillet with some teriyaki sauce (not to much, 1-2 T) and cover. Cook for a few minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp (small florets!). Stir in pre-cooked rice and heat through. EAT (makes one filling serving)
