Super Bowl Potato Skins

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting so I hope I don't mess something up with the LJ cuts etc.
These are pretty easy to make. First I baked the potatoes and scooped out the insides to use for mashed potatoes. Then I brushed the insides and outsides with olive oil and put the under the broiler for a little bit (skin side up and then a quick flip also). Then I filled with cheese, bacons pieces, green onions, and tons of sauteed onions. I topped them with more cheese, and put the back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. When they were all hot and bubbly and delicious, I sprinkled on a few green onions and drew on the football lines with sour cream in a pastry bag. They were delicious!
