I don't really have a real ingredient list, but here is how i made it tonight:
1.get whatever pasta you want, follow their instructions. i got whole foods 365 brand bowtie pasta
2.while pasta is cooking(mine took awhile to get the water boiling and then the pasta was cooking for 13 minutes) get whatever veggies you want and cut them up...here's what i used:
tomatoes, garlic(i chopped this finely), artichoke hearts, broccoli, and carrots
3. get tofu(i used whole foods 365 brand extra firm organic) and crumble into pieces to act like the meat in meat sauce. before you do this you have to drain the tofu(can be done by putting the tofu in between two plates and pressing on it over the sink) and freezing it the night before to make it more firm if you want. i put the veggies and tofu on one plate.
4.after you drain the pasta get a pan and put some olive oil on the pan and then put the veggies and tofu in it and pour some olive oil over them. cook until it reaches the softness you want and then add whatever pasta sauce you want. continue to mix.
5.after it's done pour the sauce mix on top of the patsa.
ta da!
i thought i wanted some chicken with it so i added some premade to it..but i really didn't need it.
